The Soap Wrapper, automatic wrapping machine that offers a good mix of precision, reliability and repeatability with low maintenance, FINSEAL toilet soap, hotel soap,cosmetic soap gives cost effective packaging solution. BOPP, PVC, complex film are used on the soap packaging machine.

Principle of Operation

Soaps are placed on flat belt conveyor, either by link up conveyor (not a part of the of the machine) or manually. These soaps are transferred to the infeed lug conveyor of the machine. Infeed conveyor then transfers soap into stocker, and several soap be transfer into wrapping film togather, that has been formed into a bag by means of forming folder. Bottom seal is made by three sets of rollers. Heat sealable material like BOPP or laminates is used.
